The Little Janitors agrees to provide professional post-construction cleaning services as described in the agreed-upon quote or invoice.

2. Client Obligations

  • Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • Clear the area of personal belongings and valuables prior to cleaning.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work.

3. Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking for large projects.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • Payments can be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Cash.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
